We use first-party and third-party cookies for several reasons:

**Performance/Analytics Cookies:** Allow us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience (e.g., Google Analytics 4).

**Functionality Cookies:** Allow the site to remember choices you make (like language).

## 3. Specific Cookies We Use

**A. Essential Website Cookies**

These cookies are strictly necessary to provide you with services available through our Website.

- **Provider:** kōdōkalabs
- **Purpose:** Storing your cookie choice (cookie `kdk_consent`) and your language and theme settings. No session or security tokens are set.

**B. Analytics and Customization Cookies**

These cookies collect information that is used either in aggregate form to help us understand how our Website is being used or how effective our marketing campaigns are.

- **Provider:** Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- **Purpose:** Tracking user sessions, bounce rates, and traffic sources. Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you accept the Analytics category. We use Google Consent Mode v2: all consent signals are denied by default, only analytics storage is granted when you accept Analytics, and the advertising signals (ad storage, ad user data, ad personalization) are always denied.

**C. Marketing Cookies**

- **Provider:** HubSpot (EU data centre), only after you accept the Marketing category
- **Purpose:** Recognising returning visitors and connecting enquiries you send us with your visit. Cookies: `hubspotutk`, `__hstc`, `__hssc`, `__hssrc`.

We do not currently load advertising pixels from other platforms.

## 4. How Can You Control Cookies?

You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject cookies.

**Cookie Consent Banner:** Upon your first visit, a banner will appear allowing you to Accept all, Reject all, or open Settings. Analytics and Marketing stay off until you accept them; Google Analytics and HubSpot are not loaded before that. You can reopen this menu at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link in our footer.

**Browser Controls:** You can set or amend your web browser controls to accept or refuse cookies.
