Accuracy: While we employ a “Human-in-the-Loop” verification process, AI technologies can occasionally produce incorrect or “hallucinated” information. You are responsible for the final review of any content before publication.

A. Our IP
Unless otherwise indicated, the Website, our proprietary methodologies (including “The Hybrid Loop”), source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Website (collectively, the “Content”) are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
B. Deliverables (Your IP)
Upon full payment of all fees, kōdōkalabs assigns to the Client all rights, title, and interest in and to the final deliverables (e.g., the specific articles, strategy documents, or audits provided).

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
- All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
- You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means (e.g., bots) without our permission.
- You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law (specifically under German law), in no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our services.
Specific to German Customers:
Our liability for intent and gross negligence remains unlimited. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties).
